Attorney Abdullah Al Shahrani brings over 15 years of practical experience across the public and private sectors, as well as in legal consultancy. His professional journey includes roles as an academic, legal advisor to the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Senior Attorney at Abdulaziz Al Qasim Law Firm. He later served as Director of Legal Consultancy and Studies at the Center for Support and Liquidation (Infath), before moving on to become Director of Legal Advisory at the Center for Legal Studies and Research within the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers. His most recent role was as Acting Deputy Director General of the same center, overseeing the legal consultancy and affairs sector.
Attorney Al Shahrani has represented clients in major legal cases and drafted high-profile agreements between major commercial entities. He has also supervised the guardianship and liquidation of dozens of estates, in addition to leading legislative and consultancy projects.
His expertise spans commercial litigation, governance of family businesses, and dispute management. He has served as a legal advisor to several estate liquidation alliances and was appointed as the Head of the alliance for the liquidation of the estate of Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abbas Sharbatly.
He contributed to drafting the Endowments Law and amendments to the General Authority for Awqaf Law. He also supervised the legal review of endowment governance regulations and participated in drafting the executive regulations for the Real Estate Registration Law and the Real Estate Auctions Regulation.

- Master's degree in Fiqh and its Principles from King Saud University.
